The corporate project of Kharkov University Libraries “Universal library reader’s pass” provides access to funds and electronic resources through free maintenance in the reading rooms of libraries of higher educational institutions that have joined the project.
27 libraries of higher educational institutions from Kharkiv have already joined the project.
The service is carried out in the presence of Universal library reader’s pass, which is now combined with the University pass.
